The Democrat Lament The Democrat political party is still struggling with the outcome of the Presidential election and trying to understand what happened. This has become comical. The theme they've settled on was message delivery saying they themselves did a poor job of delivering the message that the party wanted to convey. This is wrong by definition since the party had both the corporate mainstream media and Hollywood to tell the story and deliver the message. How can you do better than that? You can't, so you must look for a different excuse which is not happening. The problem was not message delivery, but the message delivered. The message was a mess. Trump is Hitler. Republicans are Fascists. The border is secure. There is no inflation. Electric cars are good for you. Kamala is qualified. Joe is Mt. Rushmore great. Children should be taught gender ideology. There are 75 genders. Pronouns matter. Equity is more important that equality. Men can get pregnant. On and on and on. None of this has any appeal no matter how good the “messaging.” So instead of looking at the crackpot, often Marxist, notions that the extremists in the party are promoting, they are sticking with the crazed nonsense and focusing on the way the ideas are presented. The “messaging,” as it were. You have to note that the laundry list of ideas above is the tip of an iceberg of insanity that will sink the party if they do not change course and they are not changing course. |
