The Science Behind Coffee and Why it's Actually Good for Your Health [feedly]

Ok so I'm all for SCIENCE and the study of things, especially coffee which I have grown to love, only in the last 15 years, but now know how great it is and wouldn't go a day without it. But why must these studies say things like, "it MAY help reduce the risk of Alzheimer's or Parkinson's"?  If they are doing the study then they should also have some conclusive results. After all, what is the point in any study if they can't get those conclusive results?
