Tomorrow's ShowTo reemphasize the fact that the mainstream media cannot avoid being corrupted by Big Pharma and advertising in general, let’s try and figure out what happened to Thomas Massie.
Thomas Massie has been a thorn in the side of Trump and the Republicans. He was “primaried” by a Navy Seal/farmer with Trump’s blessings. Trump had just come off of a win over lackluster Bill Cassidy in Louisiana.
But Massie has been problematic for ever since he got into office and until now Trump could do nothing about it. What changed?
What changed was an amazing smear campaign.
The campaign was simple, and this version is the prevalent version and has never been verified or denied. It was rolled out on social media where it got instant traction. It goes like this:
Massie’s wife died and within no time Massie had quick affairs with a couple of women including Congresswoman Lauren Bobert. This all happened before the ink dried on the wife’s death certificate.
He was not only turned into an instant horn-dog, but the smear continued with the factoid that Massie had a burner phone to solicit other women and the burner phone has the nickname of “boner phone.”
Then anyone hearing this scandal, the subsequent appearance of Bobert in Kentucky to promote Massie was confirmation of the affair. Also Bobert has a video floating around of her being groped in a theater by some unknown fellow. This makes her seem like a slut and makes the story credible.
This smear was propagated on all social media, but when the M5M discussed his loss in the primary and the fact that his polling went from 74-percent approval to 34-percent approval in two weeks (CNN) no mention of the sex scandal was ever cited. Even Fox News did not bring it up as a causative factor.
Unless the anchors, producers, writers and staff are all idiots or living under a rock, they had to know about the smear campaign. Furthermore, they should have commented on it, but no. We got nothing. Even if it were true or not, it seems to be the factor behind the defeat. And we hear nothing? Why? |
