Note this initial study was done 14 years ago. The latter 320 km/h option is the only way to go as 200 km/h would still take too long between cities since you can currently fly between the two cities in about 45 minutes to an hour. Regardless, this is all speculative and will never come to light, regardless of how much money Alberta wants to throw at it.
