Again with the word "allegedly" in a news report.. in this case there is video so there is nothing "alleged" about this! As for the fine-yeah sure ok fine the girl for helping but to spend the time hunting down the jumper--give it a rest! If the guy were to have landed in a tree and required medical attention and/or evacuation then fine the guy big time, otherwise--nothing to see here!
