Tomorrow's Show There has to be some discussion about the recent election in the USA where, once again, the Democrats trounced the Republicans who think the government should legislate morality – it's that simple. Abortion rights are a moral and religious issue in the minds of the voters and the Republicans will forever insist that abortion is murder and don't like it for any reason. The problem is that the public-at-large does not feel this way – or if they do it is OK by them. This brings us to a discussion of murder itself, something nobody will do. If 90-percent of the public – a public that is supposed to BE or be served by the government – thinks murder itself is OK, then the will of the people would be subverted by a government against murder. Which actually brings us to murder by the death penalty which Republican are OK with, and murder by war, which the Republicans are OK with. At least be consistent. While the economy falters, Democrat policies fail left and right, the borders are wide open and officials literally and openly lie about it, the Republicans are pre-occupied with abortion. It's like being in a house on fire and letting it burn to the ground because you have an issue with the water bill and are irked with the high price of the water that it will take to put out the flames. Even Joe Biden knows the Republicans are that stupid and he'll be easily re-elected in 2024. That might be the reason that “Bobby the Op” is in play bigger than before. Nobody wants Joe back in the Oval office. Nobody but the Biden family, that is. The Media Goes Gah-Gah If you read social media you'll discover that the usual suspects in the journalism school realm and many working journos are gah-gah-goo-goo over this article that ran in the Philadelphia Inquirer on November 8, 2023. It advocates for strong Soviet-style journalism advocacy rather than actual objective reporting. Reading it should send chills down your spine. You think things are bad now, just wait. The argument is Donald Trump – and you'll hear this constantly – is both a threat to Democracy and will somehow end the “American Experiment” as we know it. He must be stopped by any means. Who should stop him? Journalists!! This should be achieved by journalists all becoming activists. The fact that this one editorial is extolled to such an extent you have to marvel at the incredible sanctimonious arrogance of today's left-leaning media rank-and-file. How it got this bad needs some examination, but it's really bad and extends into the networks, PBS, NPR and the MSM print media. As your No Agenda Show points out week after week, the most pathetic segment on the PBS News Hour is watching David Brooks (New York Times) and Jonathan Capehart (WAPO) fight to agree with each other about how bad Trump and the Republicans are. This, long ago, was a point-counterpoint segment of the show which devolved into a left-wing gripe and whine session. Put Ben Shapiro on that segment and see what happens. The producers would be peeing themselves. Many woould quit the show because actual perspective was introduced. Heaven forbid. Remember this BS??
