There are numerous distractions of the week not the least of which are what appeared to be advertisements and a well-designed marketing campaign for the newest Taylor Swift album. It's surprising she had time to record a double album like this and you have to wonder if she's actually the one singing. But it does distract from the conflict in the Middle east, especially after the lame Israeli missile attack on Iran in response to the lame Iranian missile attack on Israel. This is ridiculous. Is there more than one "Taylor Swift?" And do they all have bad fingernails? Climate Change Farce No Agenda Producer Tony D lived in Dubai for nearly a decade and reported on the flooding there that flies in the face of the mainstream media reporting a recent downpour as a “climate change event.” You will enjoy the following report. Every year from Feb-Apr there were intense rain storms. For those of us who used 4X4s on the weekend to go into the desert, you could see massive dry riverbeds. It flooded every year. My office had a flat roof, trust me, it flooded. My buddy would bring his kayak to work and use it at lunch time. Around 2009/10 Abu Dhabi started doing seeding. But, they couldn't isolate it. The UAE does need some rain. So, if the rain didn't come early (Feb) Abu Dhabi would seed.  Then, those clouds would drift around and before you know it, Dubai would get a pop up storm.  Let's assume the government looked at the situation and said, "Hey. Let's get a few more Emirates seeding and get more free water." These guys did things like this all the time. Research in the Emirates is often based on trying things and seeing what happens. They want to be fast, and, they will accept some damage to get things done.  All the people I still know in the UAE said they over seeded. Hilarious Memes. Pass them Around.
