Microsoft to extend Windows XP anti-malware support through mid-2015

Unfortunately Microsoft really had no choice but to extend since Chrome had already stated that windows xp users would be safe from malware so long as they surfed using their browser. Now with Chromebooks making such a huge impact in the marketplace, Microsoft has no choice but to continue supporting an antiquated operating system.  What Microsoft should be doing is turfing these old O/S's and looking forward, not back!
