For the second show in a row, a prediction made on the show actually happened the next day as Adam predicted a flip-flop in the Global Warming debate where Global Cooling was blamed on Global Warming. This sort of thing will never end.

The No Agenda Weight-loss Diet. By now, you have been inundated by various news reports about how the news reports themselves make you depressed. These stories crop up in the mainstream media every six months or so and have done so for years.

 

The story is simple: if you read the news you will be fearful, miserable, unhappy and depressed. A good example of this story ran last April in the Guardian. You have to wonder what is wrong with the news media when they proclaim that their product is unhealthy and crummy. They are clueless in every way.

No Agenda has the opposite effect since it is not a show laced with the corruption of advertising. No Agenda also explains the common anomalies which people sense and cannot fully comprehend. Many of you write to the show saying how much happier you are, now that you are a regular No Agenda listener.

 
Here is the logic then. If mainstream media depresses you, then you may typically eat more, drink heavily, and get over-weight. Listening to No Agenda makes you happier andthus is a weight loss solution. The No Agenda diet. You are encouraged to send in any personal examples of weight loss that might be attributable to the show.
