Show or Hide the Power Button in Windows 8.1 Update 1

With all the complaining that people do over Windows 8 it truly amazes me when they fix so many issues and people come along with ways to 'hide' things and return to 'classic' menus after all the complaining in the first place. Of course anything should be a setting that can be adjusted or even turned off and that is why every operating system has a control panel for system settings. What I really don't get is why people/websites will go out of their way to always find ways to hack/crack their way in to an actual program fix that was so necessary to keep the masses happy in the first place!
