The following story is a typical case of what the media refer to as a computer 'glitch' whereas they simply drop everything in to this category which doesn't require any further investigation. Or so it seems. As for the fact that AT&T were then non-respondent towards the questions as to why their computer system did not catch extraordinary charges and activity it nothing more than the big corporate bs of not caring.
