Yes I completely agree, you are going to want to perform the upgrade from windows 8 to 8.1 however as this article below describes it is now available, which is not true. In fact when you click on their provided link it takes you to the website where it even states it doesn't come out until tomorrow (Oct 18)... as much as I too want to be on top of things, reporting like this is not helping!
