Yes, ok initially the feeds were stating go and download now but I received the message it was coming out Oct 18. Upon a few refreshes it appears it is available. Being in Canada I was then able to upgrade, my clients in the USA however, still no luck. I noticed on one machine in Canada it was using the Australian server so sending that link to my American clients it worked... if you have troubles just keep trying.
