Left Lane Hogs getting ticketed in BC

In theory it sounds great but I have personally never seen a cop give a ticket for this in the past so the fact that they are now saying they will be on the lookout as the 'fines are now higher' only tells me they are doing this so that the left lane stays open for those SPEEDERS that will essentially get the ticket.  Don't get me wrong, I'm all for traffic flowing but find this rather 'convenient' for the police to simply have reason to pull out their ticket book and make more money.
