This is incredible video and completely unbelievable.. this cop shoots this guy--dead.. but still handcuffs him and then proceeds to just casually go through the guy's pockets.. no apparent care in the world whether the guy is actually still alive or not.. continues to keep him handcuffed. We can watch this recently released video, yet the news media will not show us video of the supposed "war" going on with Isis/Isil/whatever you want to call them.
