As far as I am concerned the problem is NOT solved! In fact if you follow tech support like what you read below you are only gong to be using 2001 tech with the Internet Explorer. Who uses the Internet Explorer these days but those that are completely unaware of a much safer, more secure browser like Chrome. Get with the times people, if you are going to give free tech support!
