What in the hell is wrong with today's journalists? What kind of wording is "kills nearly 45"? When you are talking about the life of a human being it can't be treated like a bowling pin where you nearly got a strike with all 10 pins. Why would you not simply give the actual amount of fatalities? The real problem with a news feed like this is that it is picked up by every small news outfit around the world and you see the same pathetic title on countless feeds. Pathetic!
