Thursday Show 12-12-13

The 12-12-13 show is within three days of December 15th. The 15th marks the center point for the six week cycle of terrorizing events.  John has already suspected some sort of sporting event might have an incident, but anything is possible. Nobody wants to jeopardize the shopping season which many large retailers use to make much of their profit. These events are creative and always excite the public and the news media.

One fly in the timing ointment was the Mandela funeral in South Africa. Almost every world leader had to attend whether they wanted to or not. Those who resisted were shamed in the media because it was not politically correct to stay home. This is despite the fact that going to South Africa is one of the most arduous, grueling and inconvenient trips anyone will ever make.

And with a world so supposedly preoccupied with terrorism and risk, how do world leaders all rationalize being in the same place at the same time? It’s ludicrous unless they all know it is all nonsense and there is nothing to worry about.

The most hilarious aspect to the event was embodied by the photos of Obama flirting with Helle Thorning-Schmidt, the Prime Minister of Denmark, to the point where Michelle had to separate the twosome. Obama is first taking selfies with David Cameron and Thorning-Schmidt, then chats her up. These pictures below tell a story and the obvious and hilarious chain of events.

Michelle giving Helle a "look" is a bonus.

For another array of all photos go here. Note a couple of things. Most of the pics on that site are poorly captioned. Winnie Mandela, for example, looks totally pissed off while the caption says she is grieving. Raoul Castro is giving Obama the stink eye as Obama sends a coded "signal" to his handlers. And note, Jimmy Carter was sent into the cheap seats by himself.

While all these elites were in attendance, the stadium was a third empty as the locals preferred staying home when it is raining outside. It should be noted that the weather would not have deterred a football fan if there was a game there. So the event was not  that important to the locals.

This and an outstanding array of developing news items will be featured on this Thursday’s show. In the meantime, visit the support page and help your No Agenda Showcontinue.

Your co-hosts,
John C. Dvorak & Adam Curry
