This is NOT what the police told me when I slid off the road and rubbed up next to a tree (when I was a teen). They told me I was driving too fast for road conditions which is another way of saying "recklessly" in the eyes of the Police as they issued me a ticket. In Paul's case, the tree didn't jump out in front of him, nor did the car start on fire prior to it hitting the tree. This was a tragedy non-the-less and we have lost another great Actor.
