A Classic case of shot first and ask questions later! The question that should be asked of any Police office is "did you see a gun?" If not then don't even think about shooting!
Secondly, if you are going to shoot, why not fire a round off in the air to get the person's attention. And finally, if you are going to shoot (at the person) don't you think 1 shot is enough? Firing your gun 7 times is just pathetic.
