I've got a better idea Blogger, why not simply remove all blog sites that have not been updated in over 12 months?! It seems to me from my own blog sites which include the blogger navigation search bar at the top, if you click to NEXT random blog 9 out of 10 will land on a blog that has not been updated in over 12 months!
