I am sick and tired of news media using the term "glitch" when it comes to issues with computers.. it seems to me by using the term "computer glitch" they don't need to elaborate any further than that and as a result people just shrug it off. The real problem here is the simple fact that COMPUTERS DON'T MAKE MISTAKES-HUMANS DO! If there was a glitch, it was because some Human programmed something incorrectly, didn't monitor something and as a result a computer operated in the wrong function it was supposed to. The bottom line is this sort of lazy reporting must stop!
