I have always been against this sort of software or service. Since you are dealing with placing all of your passwords in one place, the old all your eggs in one basket theory applies. This sort of problem is only going to get worse as more 'cloud services' come on board wanting to provide "all-in-one" protection. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this sort of service!
